How Springfield Properties handles the information you give us when you apply.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, the answers you give on the application form, and the CV you upload. We do not ask for and never store your nationality, age, gender, marital status or photograph as structured data.
How your CV is stored
CVs are held in private storage and are reachable only through short-lived links issued to our recruitment team. They are never made publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful applications are anonymised 7 days after a decision. Applications with no outcome are anonymised after 90 days. If you opt in to hearing about future roles and a recruiter approves your CV, we keep your details for 12 months from our last contact with you.
What anonymising means
We delete your CV, name, email, phone number and any notes you wrote. We keep the structured answers and the assessment result, with no personal details attached, so we can audit our own decisions and check our scoring is fair.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Every email we send about future roles carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is permanent.
